1. Back Pain - This can be relieved by wearing the proper fitting plus size bra. 80% of all women wear the wrong size bra. 95% of women above a DDD wear the wrong plus size bra. As you probably know, most stores only go up to a DDD. In reality, cup sizes go up to "N". Get a professional bra fitting, it will make a huge world of difference.

2. Shoulder Indentation - If your bra strap is digging in to your shoulders there is a solution. These silicone bra strap shoulder pads are very helpful.

3. Shoulder / Back cramps - There are exercises that can be done to help with muscle spasms due to the weight of heavy breasts.  I will highlight these in a future blog post.
